Book Notes Concerts return in October 2026!

Come enjoy the sound of music with the library. The Wilsonville Public Library is pleased to present musical performances by local musicians. This concert series is presented by the Wilsonville Friends of the Library.

Performances are free and in the Wilsonville Public Library's Reading Area (by the large picture windows) at 2 pm on the second Saturday of the month.

Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026: Aryeh Frankfurter and Lisa Lynne
Celtic harps, rare instruments, and wondrous stories.

Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026: Olivia Aubrey
An old-soul songwriter with a penchant for a good story and modern interpretations of traditional folk music.

Saturday, Dec. 12, 2026: J.J. Gregg
South Asian Classical music on sitar, with Western experimental and jazz influences.

Saturday, Jan. 9, 2027: Greta Pedersen and Mark Hanson
Grammy-winning guitarist Mark Hanson and National Artist-of-the-Year singer Greta Pedersen bring a memorable mix of playful jazz, Americana, originals and eclectic pop, highlighted by blazing fingerpicking and soulful vocals. Their duo instrumentation includes vocals, acoustic guitars ukuleles, and percussion.

Saturday, Feb. 13, 2027: James Manuele
Experience Spain across the ages with this Spanish guitar concert on period instruments.

Saturday, Mar. 13, 2027: Voxanova
A blend of 1960s bossa nova styles with Latin grooves, jazz arrangements, and world percussion.

Saturday, Apr. 10, 2027: Doyeon Lim
Korean traditional music on the kayageum, a 12-string zither.

Saturday, May 8, 2027: Sean Gaskell
Traditional music and history of the kora, a 21-stringed West African harp.

Book Notes Concerts are sponsored by Wilsonville Friends of the Library, a non-profit organization operating the Twice Sold Tales Bookstore located just inside the Library entrance.
