Walk at Lunch Wed July 18

Hello Walkers

This week we will meet at BenchMark Physical Therapy for our 40 minute walk. This walk is a mix of paved trails, gravel, hills, and sidewalks.  It looks to be another hot day for us as well.

BenchMark will provide water and snacks as well as do a raffle drawing at the conclusion of our walk.
