Site Design Review of Tract A Open Space - Spring Terrace:  A proposal for site design review of the open space in the Spring Terrace subdivision. The proposed site improvements include a pathway from the public street onto a pedestrian bridge and viewing platform, hard and soft surface pathways within the open space, benches and other furnishings, and landscaping.
