Tai Chi Chih is an evidence-based mindfulness practice: a non-martial form consisting of 19 flowing movements and a closing pose. The movements are designed to balance and circulate our chi; unifying body, mind and spirit. These simple movements can be done standing or sitting and require no special clothing. Tai Chi Chih reduce stress while increasing energy, balance and focus.
