Small Group Training
Calendar Date:
The training sessions will focus on body-weight, resistance band, and ground exercises with a commitment on correct breathing and posture. If you want to improve your strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness in a park setting, this is for you.
Training groups will be limited to 4 participants
