Intro to Meditation Workshop

Want to try meditation but not sure where to start? This beginners workshop will include an overview of meditation, information about posture and breath, a gentle breathing exercise, a variety of mini meditations, resources for continuing your meditation practice, and time for questions and answers. Tea will be provided. Bring your own cushion; chairs available, if preferred.
