This workshop will be a hands-on exploration of the magic of sourdough bread baking. Participants will learn about how to maintain a starter, and how to bake a dependably delicious loaf of sourdough bread using tools you probably already have in your kitchen. All materials will be provided and you will leave with your own jar of sourdough starter and a sample of the bread we will bake together. Class size is limited to five. Please bring your own jar with a lid for your starter.
