Dog Leash Handout & Education: Did you know your dog is required to be leashed at all time while in City Parks? The only exception to this rule is while they are in a designated off-leash dog park. In order to help spread the word, and help educate dog owners on this rule, Wilsonville Parks and Rec staff will be handing out free dog leashes and educational material during these informal tabling events.
