How do I apply for a job?

Thank you for your interest in employment with the City of Wilsonville. The City only accepts applications for current recruitments. All applications must be completed online through the NEOGOV system. Apply Now!

How do I bring a bike on the bus?

All SMART buses (not mini-vans) are equipped with SportWorks bike racks. The bike racks are safe and easy to use. All drivers are knowledgeable about the use of the bike racks. Most all buses now have 3 bike capacity.

How do I find my lost items?

If you left an item on the bus, at a stop, or at the WES Station, please call or email us to identify and claim your item.

How do I pay my transit tax?

Any work performed in the Wilsonville Transit District is subject to the SMART Payroll and Self-employment tax. Please call 503-570 X1586  for more detailed information.

How do I reserve a bike locker?

There are 24 bicycle lockers located at the  Wilsonville Transit Center. To claim a locker:

On-Demand Bike Locker Rental

There are 12 bike lockers available for rental by the hour using the Bikelink smartphone app. There is 24/7 customer service support at 888-540-0546. For all the information about how to use the lockers and to check current availability, please visit bikelink.org.

There are 10 standard lockers and 2 extra-large bike lockers. The extra-large spaces can generally accommodate extra-tall bikes and tandem bikes.

Long-Term Reservation Bike Lockers

To claim a locker:

  • 1. Complete the online agreement form
  • 2. Provide a photo copy of your current photo identification, uploaded with the form.
  • 3. Arrange to meet with City staff to unlock your assigned locker.

Bike lockers are provided for the storage of bikes and bike essentials only. These are not for use for personal storage.

How do I use Dial-a-Ride?

Dial-a-Ride is a SMART service providing door-to-door transportation for Wilsonville residents who are unable to use the fixed route service. Priority is given to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) eligible customers.
