Veterans Day Observance Ceremony

On Monday, Nov. 12, in observance of Veterans Day, the City is participating in a ceremony to be held at the Oregon Korean War Memorial in Town Center Park (29600 Park Pl, Wilsonville). The ceremony is scheduled from 11 am-noon.
The program includes:
- Welcome from Bob Cassidy, President Oregon Trail Chapter – Korean War Veterans Association
- Presentation of Colors
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Invocation by Chaplain Bruce Wickward
- Recitation: ‘The Meaning of Veterans Day,' from David Penaflor
- POW/MIA Remembrance Ceremony
- Featured Speaker (TBD)
- Salute to Colors
- Taps (Ron Phillips)
Refreshments will be served, courtesy of McDonald's.
