How to locate residential building records or commercial certificates of occupancy?
If you are in search of permits you might be able to view those records via Wilsonville’s online Public Records Search.
For residential building records or commercial certificates of occupancy, you can check WilsonvilleMaps.com for availability.
- Site plan and drawings of the location of sewer and water lines
- Certificate of Occupancy (CofO)
- Building file (permit history, inspection records, etc.)
- Construction plans (scanning and digitally retaining residential plans was started in 2015. Therefore, any homes built before that would not have plans available.)
To find records on WilsonvilleMaps.com:
- Search by address on the home page
- Click on the relevant address on the map
- In the information pop-up, click the “Laserfiche: Public Documents (Residential and CofO)” link to view related documents.
If you find the requested records before staff replies, inform the City Recorder to close your public records request.
